A message from the owner:
My food philosophy has developed from over 25 years of
restaurant experience and being raised by a family of
food lovers. The pizza technique is a family tradition
taught to me by my grandfather, a restaurateur on Cape
Cod for many years. He not only taught me how to be a
great cook, he taught me about the importance of hard
work and taking pride in your craft. This ideology is
reflected in my restaurant through the selection of the
highest quality ingredients and careful attention to details.
The breads are baked in-house and by local bakers (Iggy’s
and Winter Hill Bakery). We prepare the food in small
batches daily to ensure freshness. I believe every meal
should be enjoyed, not just consumed as a practical means
of sustenance. Food is one of life’s simple pleasures.
I am proud of the food we serve. I hope you will enjoy
